After you do this, the mod and textures should be able to be used in the game without a problem. If anyone knows how to do this, please tell me. I thought SFM would automatically download the textures like GMOD does, but I have missing textures all over the place. If you owned the games, torrenting the map and texture files wouldn't be so bad since it would be quicker than downloading the whole games, copying the files you want, then deleting the games and placing those few files where you want them for gmod. I have counter strike source installed, and I need its textures for a map im using. As for whether torrenting them are bad, I'm going to say probably if you don't own them it is. So, I guess for all of them you would be paying about ~$60 or so, but otherwise they really aren't that expensive. Each if the counter strike games can be bought for ~$5 in sale, and so can all of the Half Life games, left 4 dead games, and portal games.
